Ivybridge Dance Academy is a company for young dancers in years 9-13 which gives the opportunity for them to train, perform in front of 100-3000 audience members and be creative.
It started in January 2015 and is based at Ivybridge Community College in Devon. It is the Elite dance company in the college and is lead by Artistic Director Heather Richmond.
Sessions are on Wednesdays 5:00- 6.30pm in Studio 2.
In December 2016, we performed ‘YAHA’ for 5 days straight in front of at least 2000 audience members in Ivybridge as part of the Performing Arts Show.
In February 2017 we were invited to perform ‘YAHA’ at the Regional platform for UDANCE 2017 at Swindon Dance.
